At Model Train Repair, we are committed to solving your model train problems.... whether you have an antique train that won't run, an old model train you found on eBay that needs cleaning and touching up, or a brand new train that you'd like to have re-painted as a custom gift for your favorite model train collector.

We work on a variety of model train gauges
including: HO, N, G, S, Lionel and American Flyer.

Before we begin any project, we provide our customers with a free estimate of the time and costs involved. Our expert diagnostic, repair and custom design capabilities are available at an affordable rate: $25 per hour, $15 shipping, plus the cost of parts.

We accept payment by personal check or money order and are happy to welcome customers to our Southington, Connecticut, workshop by appointment. We also work with many model train owners by mail. We will assess the work required to fix your model trains and provide a free estimate of the time and costs involved before work begins.

We enjoy helping model train enthusiasts bring old trains back to life and also work with train collectors to devise innovative new ways to display their trains.
